1. How can I pay for NKProds software? What methods are available and how secure is the process?

All NKProds products are sold through RegNow. A lot of work has been invested into these products, a lot of resources and man power in order to constantly improve them. Also consider the fact that NKProds needs a domain and a hosting service and free ones cannot offer quality so we have to pay for this services too.

3. How can I help in the development of NKProds software?

You can help us by buying the software and not using any cracked versions or versions from sources other than www.nkprods.com and download sites like download.com and tucows.com and others.

Also you can help us by sending your feedback regarding NKProds products. We are interested in any suggestions you may have and also we would like to hear about any problems\bugs you encounter in our software, in order to further improves our products. Also if you have an idea for a new feature or option in any NKProds product please let us know either on our forum or by email.

4. What happens when I buy a NKProds Product?

To buy a NKProds product just go to this page and click the buy link for the product and\or license type you want to purchase. After you enter your details, including a credit card number(or PayPal, check and other), and the transaction has completed you will receive a link (valid for 3 days or more depending whether or not you have also bought the Extended Download service that preserves the link for a longer period of time) from where you can download the full version (very small download <1MB) you ordered. You will also receive an email containing this link and a serial number for the product that is needed to activate it. After you download the PRO version and install it you are prompted to enter a serial number. Here just enter your full name and the serial number received in the mail.

After buying a product you will benefit from support from NKProds developers, either on the Support Forum or by email. You will also receive updates for purchased products based on the license type you have purchased.

5. Is there a money back guarantee?

NKProds assures a 30 days money back guarantee for any product you purchase here. If you encounter any kind of problems with a product or it doesn't behave as stated you will receive your money back, with no extra expense. All refunds will be made within 10 working days of the receipt of a valid request.

nCleaner

1. I am receiving this error message when I am trying to install or to open nCleaner: "This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found"

The problem you are having is a system problem.
Here are 2 possible solutions to your problem. The second solution is more likely to be the right one for your problem:


Solution1: Replace the Framedyn.dll File

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type %systemroot%\system32\dllcache, and then click OK.
3. Right-click framedyn.dll, and then click Copy on the shortcut menu that appears.
4. Click Start, and then click Run.
5. In the Open box, type %systemroot%\system32\wbem, and then click OK.
6. On the Edit menu, click Paste. If you are prompted to replace the existing file, click Yes.



Solution2: Verify System Variables

1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu that appears. If you receive the following error message, click OK: rundll32.exe - Unable To Locate Component

This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
3. Click Environment Variables.
4. Under System variables, click Path, and then click Edit.

NOTE: If no Path variable is listed, click New. In the Variable name box, type Path.
5. In the Variable value box, type the following:
%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\wbem
6. Click OK three times (each time that you have the option).

 

2. nCleaner's interface is all scrambled, some buttons don't work or are outside the window, and a part of the window is transparent

The problem has to do with the font size (DPI size) for your system.
nCleaner's interface looks best on the normal DPI size of 96 dpi.
To fix this problem all you have to do is to change the font size to a Normal state of 96 dpi.
To do so open the Control Panel, go to Display, Settings tab, click on the Advanced button at bottom of the window, General tab, and find the drop down box that selects the DPI setting and chose the value 'Normal size (96 DPI)' then click OK twice. This may require a system restart in order for the settings to be applied and the fonts might seem smaller than what you were used to but it will fix the problems regarding nCleaner's display.

 

3. I installed nCleaner but I am unable to run the program. I am getting an error stating that ncleaner.exe unable to locate dynamic link library srclient.dll

Srclient.dll file that you specify is the dll needed for System Restore in Windows XP. If you don't have it I presume you are using Windows 2000.
If so, please note nCleaner is no longer supporting Win2000.
We suggest upgrading to Windows XP.

 

4. Nothing of the above. I am having a problem with nCleaner that is not listed above.

License

nBinder PRO, company license:

Allows any number of developers from the same company/team/organization to use nBinder PRO. If you represent a company, group, team of developers or any other type of organization or plan of using nBinder for a team (group) project or for a company or any other type of organization you must choose the company license. This license includes one man companies.

You can buy the company license type even if you are not affiliated with a company or an organization, if for example you want to benefit from free (new versions and maintenance updates) updates for 2 years.

This license type includes free updates (new versions and maintenance updates) for 2 years. Both licenses include free support from NKProds.

 

nBinder PRO, single user license:

Allows one independent software developer to use nBinder PRO. This license is provided only to independent software developers, not for companies. Purchase a single developer license only if you are not affiliated with any company or organization. This license type is for a single person (individual) use only. If you plan to use nBinder for a company, or any other type of organization you must choose and buy the company license, not the single developer license.

This license type include only maintenance updates (fixes) for the version you have bought, but no new versions. Both licenses include free support from NKProds.
